Built for Enterprise revenue teams
The AI marketing platform that satisfies your CISO and your CMO.
Mid-market and enterprise teams have different requirements than founders. Procurement runs longer. Security review is non-negotiable. Data residency is regulated. Customizations are contractual. We built gr0.ai's enterprise tier specifically for revenue teams operating at $50M+ ARR - where the procurement process is real, the SLA matters, and the dedicated team is the difference between adoption and shelf-ware. Same agent platform, same 47-agent catalog, but with the operational + legal + security wrappers your enterprise has been waiting for.
Trusted by teams backed by
Your CISO will sign off in one review cycle, not three.
Every enterprise engagement starts with a security packet your team can route through a standard third-party-vendor review. SOC 2 Type II, GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA-aware processes, and full data-residency election by region. We have completed the questionnaire formats from the major vendor-management platforms (OneTrust, Whistic, SecurityScorecard) so review takes days, not quarters.
SOC 2 Type II audit (annual recurring)
GDPR + CCPA + UK GDPR compliant by default
HIPAA-aware data handling with optional BAA
Data residency election: US, EU, UK, APAC
SSO via SAML 2.0 + SCIM provisioning (Okta, Azure AD, Google Workspace, OneLogin)
IP allowlisting and audit-log streaming to your SIEM
Penetration test reports available under NDA (annual)
Cyber-insurance certificate available on request
Dedicated humans, not a ticket queue.
Enterprise customers get a named Account Director, a dedicated CSM, and a Solutions Architect from day one. Quarterly business reviews with your executive sponsor. Slack + email + phone access with documented SLAs. Escalation paths that go through a person, not a portal.
Dedicated Account Director (single throat to choke)
Dedicated Customer Success Manager
Dedicated Solutions Architect for technical scoping
Quarterly executive business reviews
Shared Slack channel + 4-hour P1 response SLA
24/7 incident hotline for production issues
Named backup contacts for vacation coverage
Your MSA, your terms, your timeline.
We negotiate against your master service agreement, not ours. Standard enterprise terms: multi-year commitments with annual price-lock, custom DPA, mutual indemnification, source-code escrow option, and termination-for-convenience clauses with reasonable notice. Procurement, legal, and finance teams have specific asks - we are practiced at all of them.
Negotiate against your MSA (not vendor paper)
Custom DPA with your standard SCCs
Multi-year commitments with annual price-lock
Mutual indemnification and limitation-of-liability
Source-code escrow option for custom builds
Termination for convenience (90-day notice)
Annual + quarterly billing options; net-30 / net-45 / net-60 terms
Vendor onboarding via Coupa, Ariba, Workday Procurement
Hosted, hybrid, or fully self-hosted.
The standard gr0.ai deployment runs on our managed cloud (Hetzner + Cloudflare, EU/US regions). Enterprise customers can elect hybrid (control-plane managed, data-plane in your VPC) or fully self-hosted (Docker / Kubernetes deployable into your own cloud). Each option has a documented RTO + RPO and a published runbook.
Managed cloud (default): SOC 2-audited, 99.9% SLA
Hybrid: control plane managed, agent runtime in your VPC
Self-hosted: Docker / Kubernetes Helm chart for AWS / GCP / Azure
Air-gapped option for regulated workloads (defense, federal)
BYO model option (Anthropic / OpenAI / Bedrock / Vertex / private LLM)
White-label UI with your brand applied throughout
The 47-agent catalog plus enterprise-grade capabilities.
Enterprise customers pick from the same 47 production agents as everyone else, but with three differences: scope is contracted (which agents, which integrations, which SLAs), ownership is named (not a shared support queue), and ramp is staged (typically a 3-agent pilot before broader rollout). Most enterprise customers run between 6 and 12 agents simultaneously after the first year.
Same 47 production agents - choose any combination
Custom agents built to your spec under SOW
Cross-agent orchestration (workflows that span multiple agents)
Custom MCP servers exposing your internal tools to your agents
Custom LLM training on your proprietary corpus
Dedicated infrastructure tier for predictable performance
Questions from Professionals Like You
- Yes. Under NDA we share named references in your industry and ARR band, plus the executive sponsor we worked with. Shared during stage-2 commercial discussions, not before - references are a finite resource and we protect them.
- Enterprise pricing is a function of (a) agent count, (b) data volume, (c) deployment topology, (d) SLA tier, and (e) contract length. Typical enterprise engagements start at $250K ACV and scale from there. Multi-year + larger agent counts move the unit economics significantly. There is no public price card; quote turnaround is 7–10 business days from kickoff.
- Phase 1: 60-day pilot with 2–3 agents in a single business unit, success criteria contracted up front. Phase 2: expansion to additional BUs + agent types over the next 90–120 days. Phase 3: cross-functional orchestration + custom agent builds against ongoing SOWs. Most clients reach Phase 3 in 6–9 months from contract signature.
- Yes - we have a self-hosted Helm chart that runs in your AWS, GCP, Azure, or on-premise Kubernetes. Air-gapped is supported with a quarterly model + dependency refresh cycle. Open-source LLM (Llama, Mistral, Qwen) is the typical model choice for air-gapped because external API calls are not permitted.
- Every account has an admin-level data-export and data-deletion API. End-to-end encryption in transit and at rest. We process every DSAR (data subject access request) within 30 days of receipt; deletion confirmations issued in writing. Sub-processor list is published and updated 30 days before any addition.
