Acceptable Use Policy
What you can and can't do with gr0.ai. How we respond to abuse. How you appeal.
Last updated: April 26, 2026
011. Scope
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to every gr0.ai account, every agent you deploy, and every API call you make. It supplements (and is incorporated into) our Terms of Service. By using gr0.ai you agree to this AUP. Where it conflicts with the Terms of Service, the stricter rule applies.
022. Prohibited uses
You may not use gr0.ai to (this list is not exhaustive):
- Generate harmful content - including child sexual abuse material, instructions for violence, mass disinformation campaigns, or content that promotes self-harm.
- Conduct illegal activity - fraud, identity theft, money laundering, sanctions evasion, theft of trade secrets, copyright infringement.
- Impersonate others - fake celebrity endorsements, brand impersonation without authorization, government-official impersonation, deepfakes intended to deceive.
- Spam, phish, or scam - unsolicited outbound messaging in violation of CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR, or local equivalents; phishing pages; investment scams; "AI-generated" spam targeting search engines or social platforms.
- Attack or disrupt systems - DDoS, vulnerability scanning of unauthorized targets, malware distribution, cryptojacking.
- Violate third-party platform terms - including but not limited to Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, Apple, and any data source you connect.
- Resell agent capacity without permission - running gr0.ai agents on behalf of paying third parties under your account requires our written approval.
- Train competing models on gr0.ai outputs without our written permission.
- Bypass usage limits or quotas through technical means, multiple-account abuse, or any other mechanism.
- Process regulated data without the appropriate plan - PHI requires our HIPAA-eligible plan + executed BAA; payment-card data requires PCI-eligible architecture (currently Enterprise only); juvenile data, biometric identifiers, and other special categories under GDPR / CPRA / state laws follow separate rules in our DPA.
033. Required practices
You agree to:
- Keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account, including activity by your teammates and any API key issued to you.
- Provide accurate information at signup and keep your contact email current - this is the address we send abuse notices and appeal-form links to.
- Disclose your use of AI-generated content where the audience would reasonably expect human authorship - particularly in regulated contexts (healthcare, financial advice, legal advice).
- Honor opt-outs and unsubscribes from anyone gr0.ai contacts on your behalf.
- Comply with applicable export controls; do not use gr0.ai from sanctioned jurisdictions.
044. Suspension and termination - including without notice
We may suspend or terminate your account, an individual agent, or your access to specific features without prior notice and with immediate effect when we have reasonable basis to believe that:
- You have violated this AUP or our Terms of Service.
- Continued operation poses a security risk to gr0.ai, our other customers, or third parties.
- Your usage exceeds platform safety thresholds (e.g. anomalous LLM cost spikes consistent with prompt-injection attacks, runaway loops, or token abuse).
- A third party has notified us of a credible legal claim against your activity.
- A regulator, court order, or law enforcement request requires it.
- Payment is overdue and our standard billing-recovery flow has not resolved it.
Suspension means your agents stop running and your account becomes read-only. Termination ("kill") means your account is fully disabled; you have 30 days to download a complete data export, after which all data is permanently deleted and unrecoverable.
When we suspend or terminate, we send a notice to every email associated with your organization explaining the reason (or, where legal/safety constraints require, a generic explanation). The notice includes a link to the appeals form described below.
055. Appeals
You may appeal any suspension or termination. To file an appeal:
- Sign in to your gr0.ai account. You will land on the suspension notice page.
- Click File an appeal and complete the form. Include any relevant context, evidence, or steps you've taken to address the issue.
- You may also email [email protected] directly with the same information.
We review every appeal, typically within 2 business days. We will notify you of the decision by email. If we accept the appeal, we lift the suspension and restore service. If we reject it, we explain why; you may file one additional appeal with new evidence.
Repeated frivolous or misleading appeals may permanently close your case and forfeit the data export window. Threats, harassment, or attempts to manipulate the appeal process will themselves be treated as AUP violations.
066. Reporting abuse by others
If you believe a gr0.ai customer is using the platform to harm you or others (spam, harassment, fraud, copyright infringement, etc.), report it to [email protected].
For DMCA takedown notices, see our DMCA policy in the Terms of Service. For security vulnerability disclosures, see /.well-known/security.txt.
077. Changes to this policy
We update this policy as the product, the threat landscape, and applicable law evolve. Material changes will be announced at least 30 days in advance via email to your organization's admin email and via in-app notification. Continued use of gr0.ai after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
