We are committed to making our website accessible to everyone, regardless of ability or technology.
Last updated: April 25, 2026
01Our Commitment
gr0.ai is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We continually improve the user experience for everyone and apply relevant accessibility standards. Our goal is to meet or exceed Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA.
02Conformance Status
We are currently working toward full WCAG 2.1 Level AA conformance. We have implemented the following accessibility features:
- Semantic HTML5 landmarks (header, main, nav, footer, section)
- Skip to main content link for keyboard users
- Sufficient color contrast ratios meeting WCAG 4.5:1 minimum for normal text
- Visible focus indicators on all interactive elements
- Keyboard-navigable navigation menus with proper ARIA attributes
- Descriptive alt text for all meaningful images
- ARIA labels and roles for interactive components
- Responsive design supporting zoom up to 200% without horizontal scrolling
- No content that flashes more than 3 times per second
- Form labels and error messages clearly associated with inputs
03ADA Compliance
We are committed to compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act. Our website is designed to be usable by people who rely on screen readers, keyboard navigation, and other assistive technologies. We test our site with NVDA, VoiceOver, and keyboard-only navigation.
04Known Limitations
Despite our best efforts, some areas of our site may not yet be fully accessible. We are actively working to resolve the following known limitations:
- Some third-party embedded content (such as scheduling tools) may not meet our standards
- Complex data visualisations may require additional text descriptions
- Older PDF documents may lack proper tagging for screen readers
If you encounter an issue, please contact us and we will address it as a priority.
05Assistive Technology Support
Our website is designed to be compatible with the following assistive technologies:
- Screen readers: NVDA (Windows), JAWS (Windows), VoiceOver (macOS/iOS), TalkBack (Android)
- Keyboard navigation in all major browsers
- Browser zoom up to 400%
- High contrast mode in Windows and macOS
- Switch access and alternative input devices
06Technical Specifications
Our website relies on the following technologies for accessibility:
- HTML5 with semantic markup
- ARIA (Accessible Rich Internet Applications) 1.2 specification
- CSS3 with sufficient contrast and focus styles
- JavaScript that does not obstruct keyboard or assistive technology access
07Feedback and Contact
We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of our website. If you experience any barriers or have suggestions for improvement, please contact us:
- Email: [email protected]
- Response time: We aim to respond within 2 business days
If you are not satisfied with our response, you have the right to contact the relevant supervisory authority in your jurisdiction.
08Assessment Approach
gr0.ai assesses the accessibility of our website through self-evaluation and third-party audits. We conduct automated accessibility checks (axe-core, Lighthouse) on every commit, and full third-party audits annually. Our most recent third-party audit was conducted in April 2026.
092026 Compliance Standards
Our accessibility commitment aligns with the following standards as of 2026:
- WCAG 2.2 Level AA - published October 2023, now the global baseline. We test against all 86 success criteria including the 9 added in 2.2 (focus-not-obscured, dragging movements, target size minimum, consistent help, etc.).
- European Accessibility Act (EAA) - effective June 28 2025 for products and services placed on the EU market. Applies to e-commerce, banking, transport, e-books, and audiovisual media. Our public-facing site is conformant.
- ADA Title III + DOJ NPRM (April 2024) - the US Department of Justice rulemaking adopting WCAG 2.1 AA as the technical standard for state and local government web content. We exceed by targeting WCAG 2.2 AA.
- Section 508 (Revised 2017, refresh expected 2026) - technical standards for federal agency procurement. Our site meets the WCAG 2.0 AA minimum and the planned 2.2 AA refresh.
- EN 301 549 V3.2.1 - European standard harmonised with WCAG 2.1 AA; current EU-wide reference. Refresh to align with WCAG 2.2 is in progress at CEN/CENELEC.
