Cookie Policy
This policy explains what cookies are, how we use them, and how you can control them.
Last updated: April 25, 2026
01What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They are widely used to make websites work, or work more efficiently, as well as to provide reporting information. Cookies set by the website operator are called "first-party cookies". Cookies set by third parties are called "third-party cookies".
02How We Use Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies for the following purposes:
- Authentication ; to keep you signed in when you access your account
- Security ; to detect and prevent fraud and protect your account
- Preferences ; to remember your settings and preferences
- Analytics ; to understand how visitors use our site so we can improve it
- Performance ; to deliver content faster and more reliably
- Marketing ; to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and show relevant advertising

05Your Cookie Choices
When you first visit our website, a cookie consent banner will appear allowing you to accept, reject, or customise your cookie preferences by category. You can change your preferences at any time by clicking "Cookie Settings" in the website footer.
You can also control cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to block or delete cookies. Note that disabling certain cookies may affect website functionality.
- Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security → Cookies and other site data
- Firefox: Options → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data
- Safari: Preferences → Privacy → Manage Website Data
- Edge: Settings → Cookies and site permissions → Manage and delete cookies
06Do Not Track + Global Privacy Control
The Do Not Track (DNT) browser signal lacks a common industry standard, so we do not act on DNT alone. We do honour the more recent and CPRA-recognised Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal - when your browser sends Sec-GPC: 1, we treat it as a valid opt-out of "sale" or "share" of your personal information under CPRA and equivalent state privacy laws.
You can verify whether your browser is sending GPC at globalprivacycontrol.org.
072026 Cookie Standards
The cookie ecosystem has shifted significantly through 2024–2026. Our consent and tracking implementation reflects:
- Third-party cookie deprecation - Chrome retained third-party cookies in 2024 but transitioned to user-controlled choice in 2025; Safari and Firefox block them by default. Our analytics use first-party cookies and server-side event collection where possible.
- IAB TCF v2.2- for any third-party tags that require it, we transmit the IAB Transparency & Consent Framework consent string per v2.2 (current production version).
- EU ePrivacy + Cookie Directive - strictly necessary cookies are the only category set before consent. Analytics, marketing, and advertising cookies wait for explicit opt-in.
- EAA accessibility - our cookie banner meets WCAG 2.2 AA: keyboard reachable, screen-reader announced, high-contrast variant honoured.
08Updates to This Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in technology or legislation. We will notify you of significant changes via a banner on our website or via email. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the policy was last revised.
